Warranty

TERRA DRIVE production is provided with a 3 years warranty from the date of purchase indicated on the invoice or warranty sheet.

The warranty is valid for TERRA DRIVE production with a purchase - sales confirmation document (invoice or cash receipt) or a warranty sheet completed by the seller. If the factory defect or fault cannot be eliminated, the product may be replaced.

Please send a product for warranty repair by courier or delivery to terradrive.lt office (you must contact TERRA DRIVE before). Shipping costs are refunded if the item meets the warranty terms.

The warranty is not applicable

The warranty does not cover cracks, scratches or other types of damage, damage caused by any mechanical or chemical effect, inappropriate or incorrect installation, operation or cleaning, if the product has been disassembled or self-repaired.

Before you install and operate TERRA DRIVE production, read and follow the enclosed instruction.

Return and replacement

You may return, refund the money paid for any item purchased on the website terradrive.lt or replace it with another one within 14 working days from the date of receipt.

The item must be in the same state as it was received. The item may not be installed or otherwise used in service, it may not be damaged nor may its value be lost. The item must be returned in the original packaging of the manufacturer, with a warranty card and other items and parts contained in the set.

The item shall be delivered and the delivery costs shall be paid by the Client himself.

You can return the item upon arrival at the TERRA DRIVE Baltic office or via a courier.
